1. General agreement
All orders placed via yarnnet.com is considered a contracted general agreement to buy the chosen products by the buyer from Pedett Ltd. the owner of the webshop. The general shopping guidelines apply to âBuyersâ placing an order through our webshop, and the âSellerâ, Pedett Ltd. registered as a commercial entity at 56. Bor street, a 2030 Ărd â Hungary, registration number: 22920119-9602-113-01.
Only the below listed shopping guidelines apply when placing an order. All other enquiries about discounts or bulk orders must be made in writing directly to our customer service team. The Seller holds the rights to modify and amend these general shopping guidelines, therefore the current and up-to-date shopping policy is always given on this page. Updates on shopping policy and guidelines automatically take effect, after they have been published on the website. Any update would not apply to orders placed before any modifications were made. All shopping policies apply to when the order was placed retrospectively so you know you are always safe with us.
2. Placing Your Order:
You have a 24/7 option to place an order through our webshop, night and day on every day of the week on www.yarnnet.com.
Orders are confirmed by an automatic reply through our system. Please wait for the confirmation on stock-availability before finalising any payment.
Cancelling or modifying an order:
You may cancel or modify any order placed free of charge, within the next the 12 hours prior to noon 12 a.m. the next day. You must cancel or modify orders in writing directly sent to email@example.com. We cannot accept cancellations or modifications received out of this time interval.
3. Product information:
The seller guarantees to deliver all available product information provided by the manufacturer to the buyer. Seller guarantees that all photographs showing the products depicts shipping condition, and true quality and quantity.
Prices given on the website are given in local currency HUF (Hungarian Forints) and contain the VAT, but not the price of delivery. The price of delivery varies depending on the buyersâ address and location. Delivery price is given when an order is placed, based on a fixed shipping rate. The cost of delivery is to be paid by the buyer.
The seller maintains the right to change prices, but prices to be paid are always the actual prices given on the website when the order was placed.
5. Payment methods & policy:
Buyers may choose between various payment methods:
a. Credit and Debit card payments
We accept all major credit cards via our payment gateways with Visa, MasterCard, American Express.
Direct money transfer (prepayment)
An alternative way would be to pay us via wire transfer from your bank account or through a Western Union Online Transfer. However, these payment methods take between 3 to 5 days for us to process. No order is shipped until payment is confirmed.
When choosing this method, we ask you to send the price of the chosen items + delivery fee with your the number of your order to the Sellers bank account:

If you choose this method of payment, you would have to complete transaction in the next 8 days after placing your order, otherwise your order will be cancelled automatically.
An order is fulfilled when payments have been confirmed by the bank. Please consider that interbank exchanges may take one or two working days.

6. Shipping & Delivery:
Delivery is at fix rates, and are dispatched within the next 3 working days after confirmed payments. Delivery to the given address is attempted twice free of charge. If the carrier cannot deliver to the given postal address, the price for a third attempt is covered by the buyer.
All deliveries are expedited shipping parcels, which means you can track individual orders and packages through the delivery website, ensuring you know when they get to be delivered.

– Orders above 15.000 HUF: FREE of charge

7. Return and refunds policy
In accordance with local governmental regulations (45/2014.) applicable in Hungary, Customers have the guaranteed right to cancel their order and return any purchased item within 14 days from the date of delivery. Returned items must not be opened and packaging should be intact. Refunding opened items that have already been used, including cosmetic products is not compulsory for hygienic reasons, and the refund policy does not apply to such cases (45/2014). Customers have the right to return any item without any further condition, apart from covering the cost of delivery for returned items, which must be paid by the Customer. Packages may be returned unopened with the invoice at the Customerâs own expenses. In such a case, please post the package with expedited shipping, in case it gets lost or damaged. Customers have the opportunity to return any unopened items personally to the following address (2030 Ărd, Bor u. 56.) at a prearranged time fixed by telephone (+36 30 2979047). If items are returned personally, there is no cost to be covered by the Customer. In any other case the cost of delivery is paid by the Customer. Refunds are paid via bank transfer. If Customer did not pay via bank transfer, appropriate account number and personal data will need to be given to make the payment possible.

We accept returns within 14 days from the date of delivery, with no questions asked. Please accept that all items returned must be intact and within their original wrapping and condition. The cost of delivery must be covered by the buyer, and must be sent via expedited shipping for tracking. Refunds are sent through bank transfer, after item(s) arrive to our warehouse. 8. Damaged and defective products
If your order is damaged or defective, please return all damaged items by expedited shipping. You may use any carrier service of your choice. The price for delivery of damaged items must be covered by the buyer unless the returned item really does not match the condition of the ordered item, as described on the website. All defective items will be replaced, or the full price will be refunded to the buyer with the cost of delivery. We guarantee all items sent to our buyers in perfect condition. If your product is not the one you wanted, we will still take the responsibility to solve the problem for you. Just contact our customer service and we will work out a way to solve your problem.
